Ordering and delivery

There's got to be some rut!

Product sales channels

Some of the products can be ordered directly from the factory to the consumer, and some are sold only through retailers. Product-specific information can be found on the product page.

Products are delivered from the factory as full pallets. Individual products can be purchased from retailers.

Place your order by sending an email to epira@epira.fi or by calling the switchboard on 044 043 7472.

If you would like to receive a quote, please fill in the request for quote form; it will guide you to answer all relevant questions. We will reply to the email address you provided.

If you have ordered from the factory before, your customer details are stored in our billing system. If your details have changed (for example, your billing or delivery address), please notify us when placing your order.

Delivery can be arranged via a transport company, or the customer can collect the products themselves.

If the load is sent using Epira's transport agreement, we will then charge the freight to the customer. We will calculate an up-to-date freight price for you, which is affected by the size of the load, the distance and the pricing of the transport companies. The main rule is that the more you order at a time, the more economical the relative freight is per product.

If the consignment is sent using the customer's freight agreement or the customer arranges collection or collects the consignment themselves, no freight charge will be applied. Delivery and collection times shall be agreed separately.

Delivery and collection times are agreed in advance with sales. This ensures that your load is ready for you here. When arriving at the factory, wait for the wheel loader driver or come to the office.

Loading at the factory on weekdays from 6.00 to 14.00.

It is advisable to allow about an hour for loading a full lorry load, so please arrive on time.

The unloading area must be accessible without obstruction by articulated lorry or truck. The unloading site must be prepared in advance and any obstacles removed well in advance. When planning the delivery time, winter maintenance against slipperiness and potential spring thaw must also be taken into account.

Unloading takes place according to the contract either by the transport company or using the customer's own equipment. If the customer unloads the cargo themselves, it must be ensured that the equipment used is suitable for handling a heavy load. The total weight of the pallet including products can be found in the product details.

Suitable demolition equipment includes, for example, a tractor with a front loader, a telehandler, a forklift truck, a compact loader or a wheeled loader. The products are delivered on pallets.
